Splash House Open Weekends Only, Starting August 6th

MARION, IN: (July 26th, 2016) – Beginning August 6th, the Splash House will be open on weekends only as local schools begin to take session for fall. The weekend-only schedule is normal protocol for the Splash House since attendance normally dies down, mainly due to students returning to school.

Hours at the Splash House will not change during the weekends-only schedule.

Park Board Meeting Notice

Our next Park Board Meeting will be on August 8th at noon in the second floor conference room of City Hall, (301 S. Branson St., Marion, IN 46952).

City & Chamber to Hold Ribbon Cutting for Gardens of Matter Park Expansion, the Meadow

MARION, IN: (July 14th, 2016) – Tomorrow marks the official opening of the Gardens of Matter Park expansion, the Meadow. The expansion adds four acres to the two-acre Gardens area for a total of six acres of beautiful gardens and marvelous green setting.

Splash House to Make Repairs to the Bowl Slide while Staying Open

UPDATE: The Bowl Slide is back up and running as of 7/1/16.

MARION, IN: (June 15, 2016) – One of Marion and Grant County’s main attractions, the Splash House, is making some repairs to one of the water park’s featured slides, while staying open this summer.

Last week the Bowl Slide cracked and will be down for an unknown period of time while repairs are being made.
